This 45 minute session has a main focus on the cranium (the scalp), along with some neck and shoulder work. This treatment is good for headaches, TMJ, and sinus issues. It is also a powerful anxiety and stress reliever. A truly healing experience.
Small group class of 2 to 3 people is $50 per person, $90 for individual 1 on 1 coaching
Small group or individual exercise class consisting of circuit training, interval, total body conditioning and stretch/yoga. 75 minutes total.
