Integrative is a popular word in health and wellness today. It is a wonderful approach for optimal health because it combines several types of things into one. I offer small group exercise classes, fitness coaching, and myotherapy sessions (Integrative massage), which can also be mobile.
I blend several modalities in myotherapy (Integrative massage): Deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release, and cranial/facial. Assisted stretching is also an option.
Exercise Classes consist of circuit training, intervals and total body conditioning with a yoga/stretch component for 20 minutes at the end. Classes are a total of 75 minutes. I will also educate on fitness program design so it fits into the daily lives of each specific person. Everyone is different. 😊
